If the recording is for 'Commercials with Limited Reach' (explainer videos on company websites, social networks or email campaigns, podcast intros, training videos etc) you must buy Commercial Rights. For larger distribution commercials (TV, Radio, Streaming) you must buy Full Broadcast Rights.

If the recording is for 'Full Broadcasting Commercials' (television/radio commercials, internet radio, and music/video streaming platforms) you must buy Full Broadcast Rights. For limited distribution commercials (on company website, podcast, email) you may buy Commercial Rights instead.
