- Option of linking your listing us as a Co-Host (recommended)
*All prices include the above. Arrangements can be made for continued monthly online management. This service does not include guest, cleaning, or maintenance communications and management, but they can also be added for a fee.

Is this just or a report, or will you implement the changes for me?
This service does NOT just include the report. I will also set up the automation and dynamic pricing platforms for you. If you choose to add me as a co-host I will also make the suggested changes to your listing for you. (Please note: No changes will be made without prior authorization)
How do I know this is working?
Besides the increased activity you will notice on your listing, at the time of your first report I will show you your current ranking on Airbnb. Weekly updates will then be provided to quantify your progress.
Does this include 24/7 guest communications?
No, but it can be added for an additional fee.
