What platforms do you work with?
We specialize in WordPress and Wix, offering non-coding edits and updates to improve your website’s functionality and appearance.
Can you help with WordPress plugin issues?
Yes, we can assist with plugin setup, troubleshooting, or updates as an add-on service. However, we don’t offer custom coding solutions.
What information do you need to get started?
We’ll need your website login credentials, branding guidelines (colors, fonts, logo), and any new content (images or text). Chat with us today about your list of edits and changes you'd like made and we can provide a customized quote.
Do you edit images? (Graphic Artist)
As a web designer I can add and remove images but editing images (changing their appearance/content) is done by a graphic artist, this is not a service that we offer. If you need to edit an image prior to sending it to me to upload, I would recommend using a free program like canva.
Do you offer SEO improvements as part of this gig?
Yes! We can add alt text, meta descriptions, and optimize content for search engines. Full SEO services are available as an add-on.
Can I request additional changes after the initial edits are made?
Of course! You get two rounds of revisions included in any quote. If there are extra changes you'd like made, we will be happy to quote.
Do you work weekends?
We have staff available to answer your questions online but our dev team works Monday to Friday AEST.
How will I review the work that has been done?
We use software that allows us to take a live screenshot of your website edits so that you can provide feedback directly on the design within the software. Keep communication clear, easy and transparent.
Do you work with other websites like Wix?
