What level of climbers do you coach?
I coach from complete beginners to intermediate climbers. I personalise feedback and drills so you get exactly what you need at your stage of progression.
What kind of videos should I send for analysis?
Any climbing video works: bouldering, top rope or lead. Ideally the camera should capture your full body throughout the climb and be filmed from the side or slightly diagonally for better movement visibility.
Do you coach mindset or fear management?
Yes! Mindset is a big part of climbing. I help with fear of falling, performance anxiety, hesitation, confidence and developing flow.
What happens during the live coaching session?
We meet online (Zoom/Teams). We work on technique, movement, mental tools or training depending on your goals. You can also share videos during the call for instant feedback.
How quickly will I receive my analysis?
