Do I need to contact you before ordering?
For physical products, yes. Please contact me before placing your order so we can coordinate product shipping, confirm the project details, and establish the production timeline.
What does one revision include?
One revision includes reasonable editing changes within the original approved concept and brief. A new concept, new script direction, or reshoot is considered additional work and may require a custom offer.
What usage rights are included?
Each package includes 3 months of usage rights for the delivered video. Additional usage time is available as a Gig Extra. Whitelisting, exclusivity, perpetual usage, or other extended licensing should be discussed before ordering so I can provide the appropriate custom offer.
Can I order the raw footage?
Yes. Usable unedited video clips from your project are available as a Gig Extra. Raw footage does not include additional filming, alternate concepts, or additional usage rights unless agreed upon separately.
Can you create multiple videos or a custom package?
Yes. If you need multiple videos, additional deliverables, or a project that doesn’t fit one of my listed packages, please message me before ordering. I can review your project needs and create a custom offer with the appropriate scope, timeline, and usage rights.
