What ERP modules can you build?
I build any business module — inventory management, purchase orders, sales and invoicing, HR and payroll, CRM, project management, accounting and ledger, fleet management, asset tracking, warehouse management, point of sale, and custom modules unique to your business.
Can you work on an existing ERP system?
Yes. Extending or fixing an existing Laravel-based ERP is one of my most common project types. Send me access to your codebase — GitHub or zip — and a description of what needs to be added or fixed. I will review it and give you an honest assessment of complexity and timeline before you order.
How do you handle complex or unclear requirements?
Before coding, I map your business process—who does what and what rules the system must enforce. I then provide a written scope (what’s in, what’s out, and assumptions) for your approval. This prevents scope creep, delays, and misaligned delivery. It is the most important step in any ERP project.
Do you build multi-tenant or SaaS ERP systems?
Yes. Multi-tenant architecture, where multiple businesses or branches share one codebase with isolated data is something I have built before. This includes per-tenant database isolation or shared database with tenant scoping, subscription and billing management, admin oversight, & per-tenant config.
What database design approach do you use?
I design normalized relational schemas with FK constraints, indexes, and soft-delete patterns. I enforce integrity at the database level with clear naming and audit logging for every change. This is critical for ERP systems where data integrity is non-negotiable. I also implement audit logging.
Can you integrate the ERP with third-party services?
I handle integrations for Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun, shipping APIs, and accounting software. If your tool isn't listed, just send the API docs—I’ll confirm feasibility before you order to ensure seamless connectivity for your ERP.
Will I own the source code?
Yes — 100%. On delivery you receive full source code with no license restrictions, no call-home functions, and no backdoors. The code is yours to host, modify, and extend however you need. I deliver via GitHub repository or zip file according to your preference.
How do you handle project communication during development?
I provide updates every 2–3 days via Fiverr, covering progress and next steps. For large builds, I share a milestone tracker. I respond within hours and am happy to arrange weekly calls or screen shares to ensure we stay perfectly synced.
Can you migrate data from our existing system?
Data migration from Excel, CSV, or legacy systems is available as an extra. I map your data to the new schema, clean it, and verify integrity after import. Please send a sample of your current data first so I can accurately estimate the complexity.
What happens after delivery if something breaks?
I provide free bug fixes for all builds during the support period. If issues arise from post-delivery changes by others, I’ll quote a fix. For new features or ongoing maintenance, I offer monthly retainers to keep your system evolving.
