Do I need to send the physical product?
No. Send a STEP/CAD file, or 8+ clear photos from all sides with exact dimensions. I build the 3D model from those, so no samples need to be shipped.
Will Amazon accept a render as my main image?
Amazon's main-image rules are strict and many guides say a real photo is required. I follow the technical rules (pure white 255, 85% fill, no text) and advise the safest route. Renders work fully in secondary images and A+ content.
What do I need to send to start?
A STEP/CAD file or 8+ photos with measurements, your logo (SVG or AI), brand colors (hex or Pantone) and 3 competitor links. Better files mean fewer revisions.
Can you make a GLB 3D model for View in 3D/AR?
Yes, I build it light and clean to fit Amazon's strictest specs. Only Brand Registry owners can upload GLB models, so confirm your status first.
Can you do all my colors, sizes and variants?
Yes. I model your product once, then deliver every color and size from the same model with a consistent look. Extra variants are available as add-ons.
Is my product design kept private?
Yes. I'm happy to sign an NDA for unreleased products, and I never share or post your designs without your permission.
