Which CRM platforms can you configure?
I work with Bitrix24 CRM and Dubsado CRM. Each package covers the setup or optimization of one platform. If you need both configured, please contact me for a custom offer.
Do I need an existing CRM account or paid subscription?
You need an account on your chosen platform. Certain automation features require a paid plan. Dubsado Flows require Premier, and Bitrix24 features vary by subscription. Platform fees are not included in my prices.
Can you improve my existing CRM instead of setting up a new one?
Yes. I can configure, reorganize, or improve an existing Bitrix24 or Dubsado account within your selected package's scope. Larger repairs and complex migrations may require a custom offer.
What types of workflows can you automate?
Depending on your CRM plan, I can configure lead follow-ups, task assignments, sales-stage notifications, client onboarding, form delivery, and other supported automation steps. The number of workflows and actions depends on your package.
Are forms, email templates, and integrations included?
The Standard package includes one intake form, one email template, and one supported native integration. Premium includes two forms, three email templates, and two native integrations. Basic focuses on essential CRM setup and one workflow.
Can you migrate contacts or connect Bitrix24 with Dubsado?
Premium includes importing up to 100 properly formatted contact records. Direct synchronization between different CRM platforms, custom API connections, and complex migrations are not included and require separate assessment.
What happens at delivery, and how do revisions work?
I test the configured features and provide a written handover summary. Each package includes its stated number of revision rounds for adjustments within the original scope. New features or workflows are treated as additional work.
