FAQ
Which CRMs do you work with?
Follow Up Boss, Lofty, kvcore/boldtrail and similar real estate crms. If yours isn't listed, message me and I'll confirm.
Do I need to give you my password?
I need access to your CRM. Add me as a user or admin through your CRM settings, and remove my access after delivery.
Can you move my old CRM data?
Yes. Contacts, tags, notes and stages can be migrated from CSV exports or another CRM, depending on what it allows.
Will I lose any contacts
I remove duplicates and check counts before and after, and report anything that couldn't be imported.
What automations can you build?
Action plans, smart plans, drip campaigns, task reminders and lead routing, depending on your CRM's features.
Can you connect Zillow or website leads?
Yes, if your account supports it. I'll set up lead source routing and test it with sample leads.
Do I need a paid CRM plan?
Some features, like automations and texting, depend on your plan. Check with your CRM or message me before ordering.
Will my team learn how to use it?
Yes. I give you notes on what was built, and Premium includes a walkthrough video.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, within the package scope. Changes outside it can be added with extras.
