FAQ
Will MFA or Conditional Access lock my staff out?
No. Policies run in report-only mode first, a break-glass admin account is kept outside them, and staff get simple MFA setup instructions.
Do I need Business Premium?
Not for the audit or most fixes. Conditional Access needs Business Premium or Entra ID P1. I'll tell you what your current licences support before you order.
What access do you need?
A temporary admin account you create for me, which you can remove as soon as the work is finished. The audit only needs read access.
