Where do you source?
We mostly source the product using 1688, Taobao, and our own supplier database.
Do you provide fulifillment service?
Yes, we do provide fulfillment service. The fulfillment process time will be 1-2 days. The average shipping time to the US is 10days.
Will you travel to the factory to do quality check?
I will only travel to the factory which is located in Shenzhen. An extra fee will apply.
Will you handle with product returns when it come to quality problems？
Yes, if there is a quality issue regarding the product, we will take full responsibility for it.
Do you provide customization and branding service?
Yes, you will be able to customize the product you want. We will work closely with you to ensure that the product fit your requirement exactly.
Why is your preimum package priced so high?
