Do you need access to my Shopify store?
For Basic and Standard, your store URL is enough. For Premium, I send a collaborator request that you approve from your Shopify admin, so you never share login details. You can remove access at any time after delivery.

Will this audit work if my store is new or has low traffic?
Yes. The audit reviews your store's structure, product pages, and checkout flow, none of which need high traffic to assess. If you have analytics data, share it in the requirements so I can prioritize fixes by real behavior.
What format is the audit delivered in?
You receive a PDF report with annotated screenshots of each issue and the recommended fix. Standard and Premium add a recorded video walkthrough so you can see each problem on your own store. Check the package table for what each level includes.
Can you implement the fixes after the audit?
Yes. Premium includes 5 quick wins implemented in your theme, and further fixes are available as an extra. For full implementation of your action plan, message me after delivery and I will send a custom offer based on your report.
What counts as a revision?
