I will proofread your written material for spelling and grammar
About this Gig
Hi there! Are you looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who can proofread your written material before it goes out to the world? Well, I can be that someone!
I'm a bit of an avid reader, and I'm here to add the final touches to your draft for spelling, grammar, and punctuation checks.
My goal is to carefully review your draft to ensure everything is polished and ready for publication. I'll manually read every word written in your draft to catch/fix any initial mistakes. And then I'll re-review/re-read it at least twice before sending it back to you. The last thing I want is for things like typos and misplaced punctuation to accidentally slip by if I don't look at everything thoroughly.
I'm open to proofreading:
- Blog posts
- Academic content (e.g., essays)
- Business documents
- Theses/research papers
- Personal statements
If you have any questions, feel free to message me, and I'll respond as soon as possible.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
The file format must be .docx. I can work with PDFs, but the final copy will be delivered in the .docx format. I DO NOT accept image files with any written text on them. I DO NOT accept any shared links to your draft on Microsoft Word or Google Docs either.
Would you be doing copyediting as well?
No, I'm not going to rewrite or add any additional materials to your document. The gig is meant to be the final step of your writing process. I can only polish what's been given to me and not make any major changes.
Would you able to proofread my document before an upcoming deadline?
Yes! Answer one of the requirement questions to confirm your exact deadline so I can try working on it as quickly as possible. I'm not going to accept any order if the deadline is within 12 hours.
Would you be doing any literary works (e.g., books, short stories, poetries) as well?
No, I won't.
