TERMS AND SERVICES

• Usage Rights

The client may use the completed artwork for personal or commercial purposes. I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials.

• No AI Training

My artwork may not be used to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Private Commissions

If you would like the artwork to remain private please let me know.

• Payment

I require 50% of the agreed price upfront before I begin working. The remaining balance must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.

• Payment in Installments

For commissions priced above 100, payment may be divided into multiple installments. The payment schedule will be agreed upon before work begins.

• Agreement

By commissioning me, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
