Will this file work on my Brother/Janome/Singer machine?
Yes. Tell me your machine brand and I'll include the exact format it needs — Brother uses PES, Janome uses JEF or SEW, Singer uses XXX, and other major brands are covered too.
What if my logo has small text?
Small text is one of the most common digitizing challenges. Below about 4mm, letters can become unreadable in thread. I'll tell you the minimum readable size for your design and suggest adjustments if needed, without changing your branding.
My artwork is low resolution, can you still work with it?
Often, yes. Send it to me before ordering, if I can clearly make out the shapes and colors, I can digitize from it. If it's genuinely too low-res to read, I'll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.
Can you do jacket backs as well as left chest?
Yes, jacket back digitizing is available from the Standard package upward, since larger designs take more digitizing time than a small left chest logo.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are included in every package and cover changes to stitch direction, density, color assignment, or sizing. I revise until the file is right.
