Almost every project needs Commercial Rights, and that's why I charge very reasonably for them. If you are in any way promoting a product, service, performance, etc. through unpaid channels, you need Commercial Rights (so, pretty much everything).

If you will be broadcasting or using paid channels you will need to add this gig extra. This includes TV, radio or online paid programming or advertising.
