FAQ
Do I need to provide the text and the photos?
Photos yes, text no. Send me your images, your logo and a few sentences about your business, and I will write the copy for you. If you already have wording you like, I will use yours instead of mine.
What do you need from me before you start?
Logo, photos, opening hours, contact details, and one sentence on what you want visitors to do: call, book, order or visit. That is enough to begin. If something is missing, I will ask before I start.
What is the difference between Basic Animation and 3D Animation?
Basic Animation is motion in 2D: sections that fade, slide and react as you scroll. 3D Animation is a real WebGL scene rendered live in the browser, built around your product or your space, that moves with the scroll.
Will it work on phones and on older devices?
Yes. Everything is built mobile first and tested there. On devices too weak to render 3D, the site automatically falls back to a static version, so nobody ever gets a frozen page or a blank screen.
Do I own the website? Can I change it later?
You own everything I deliver, source code included, and you can hand it to any other developer. I can also add a simple editor so you can change text, prices and photos yourself. Ask for it before we start.
Are hosting and the domain included in the price?
I set the hosting up for you in every package. The hosting plan and the domain are registered in your own name and paid by you, so they stay yours and nobody can hold them. I will show you the options.
What if I do not like the result?
You see a working preview you can click through before delivery, not a screenshot, so we fix things while it is being built. Each package includes revisions and extra ones are 30 dollars each.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes, through the e-commerce extra. It adds a product catalogue, a cart and checkout with a payment provider, and needs seven extra days. Tell me how many products you have and I will confirm the fit.
