What should we share before we begin?
Just your brand name, a sentence or two about what you do, and any colors or logo styles you’re drawn to. If you’re unsure, tell us what you like and we’ll suggest ideas.
What types of logos can we create?
From sleek wordmarks and minimal emblems to dynamic monograms and abstract marks, we handle every style. Mascots and 3D logos are available too, with custom quotes based on complexity.
What’s included in the BASIC package?
You’ll receive one design concept for your logo plus Unlimited Revisions until it feels right. Final deliverables include JPEG and PNG in high-definition for instant use. Mascot logos are not covered in this plan.
What’s included in the STANDARD (best-value plan) package?
Two High-Quality logo ideas - pick your favorite for refinement, then fine-tune with endless revisions. You’ll get source (AI), vector (EPS) and raster (JPG, PNG) files at the end for the finalized concept. Mascot logos are not covered in this plan.
What’s included in the PREMIUM package?
This is our best service pack. We present 3-4 Premium concepts for the logo, revise any two of them, and wrap up with complete brand assets: Source and vector files, JPG/PNG, stationery designs, and a social media kit.
What’s in the Stationery and Social Media Kit add-on?
Stationery designs include business card and letterhead templates (envelope optional). Social Media Kit includes 5 covers and profiles for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc, featuring your logo with clean, professional visuals.
What is a Copyright Document?
Once your logo is finalized, all rights will be yours. The Copyright Document is an optional written document that confirms your legal ownership - helpful to show as a proof of your ownership at any point.
What are 'Source' and 'Vector' files?
The Source (AI) file lets you edit every detail later on. Vector formats (EPS) guarantee your logo looks razor-sharp at any size for printing, from business cards to billboards.
What’s your turnaround time?
Initial logo concepts land within 48 hours for Basic & Standard, and within 72 hours for Premium. Most revisions return within 24 hours; complex redesigns may take up to 48 hours.
