My name is Michael Lee Barlin, writer of Black List screenplay, and 2022 Nicholl Semifinalist, FINAL JOURNEY, and I love to help fellow writers on their path to greatness, whether by giving general advice to beginners or helping WGA screenwriters take their scripts to the next level. I've written over 25 screenplays, directed two features, and have learned a lot dealing with managers, agents, producers and studio execs over the years. Info I'm happy to share with you.
As your personal mentor, I will either read your work whenever needed then zoom with you to discuss your script with detailed notes, or we can just meet to discuss whatever topics you want (project, career advice, etc).
