I will build a custom coded ai agent in python to automate your workflow

About this gig
A custom coded AI agent in Python, built for your exact workflow. Not an n8n or Zapier template: real code that you own, tested and documented.
An agent, not a chatbot. It acts:
- Triggers on email, schedule, webhook, or Slack mention
- - Reads your data: Postgres, Google Sheets, CRM, files
- - Reasons with Claude or GPT, then does the work: sends the email, updates the record, creates the ticket, posts the summary
- - Approval gates on sensitive actions, full logging, human handoff when unsure
Common builds:
- Inbox triage and reply drafting
- - Lead qualification and CRM enrichment
- - Invoice follow-up and payment reminders
- - A daily report agent that reads your numbers and writes the summary
Stack: Python or TypeScript, Claude or OpenAI APIs, RAG over your docs, Postgres or Supabase for state and logs.
You bring your own API key. You own the code, the keys, and the deployment. No monthly fees to me, ever.
Message me with the workflow you want off your plate and I will scope it and quote the same day.

FAQ
What is the difference between an agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot talks. An agent acts. It reads data, calls APIs, creates records, and completes multi step tasks on its own, with approval gates where you want a human in the loop.
How do I know it will not make mistakes?
Every agent ships with guardrails (rules it cannot break), approval gates on sensitive actions, and full logging. You see what happened and why, and you approve anything risky before it runs.
Will I need to pay ongoing fees to you?
No. After delivery the agent runs on your infrastructure with your API keys. You only pay your own API and hosting costs, usually a few dollars a month.
Why custom code instead of n8n or Zapier?
No subscription stacking, no per-step limits, and logic that templates cannot express. You get plain Python you can read, extend, or hand to any developer. Templates are fine until your workflow is not template-shaped.
Can it connect to my existing tools?
Almost certainly. Anything with a REST API, database connection, or webhook works. Tell me your stack and I will confirm in the quote.
