Do you work with Google Sheets as well?
Yes, I work with both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. I can also convert files between the two formats.
Will it work with my exact file layout?
That is the point of custom: I build against your real sample files and test on them. Send a sample and the output you want, and I will confirm scope before you order.
Do I need to install anything?
For Python pipelines you run a small script, with step-by-step setup for Windows or Mac included. If you prefer zero installs, I can build it in VBA or Power Query inside the workbook instead.
My PDFs are scans. Can you still extract the data?
Usually yes, with OCR. Send one sample and I will confirm accuracy before you order. Clean digital PDFs extract near-perfectly; scanned documents depend on scan quality.
What about sensitive data?
Send redacted samples for scoping. The final script runs on your machine, so live data never has to leave your computer. Shared files stay private and are deleted after delivery on request.
Is AI required for this?
No. Most automations are plain Python or VBA, fast and free to run. I only add ChatGPT or Claude API steps where they clearly earn their cost, like messy unstructured text.
