What if i need more then 5 Auto Attendants and 20 Call Queues setup?
Not a problem! I have successfully completed implementations of 100's of Auto Attendants and Call Queues, lets get on a call to discuss your requirement and we can work out the cost and timescales from there.
Do i have to use Microsoft's PSTN or can i use my current provider
Yes you can use your current PSTN provider as this can be cheaper then Microsoft, we can set this up using direct routing.
What licenses do I need to purchase for Teams Voice?
For Microsofts PSTN you need Teams Phone System with a Domestic, International or Pay-As-You-Go calling plan. For Direct Routing or Operator Connect you just need Teams Phone System Standard if you haven't already got E5.
Can you port my existing numbers over to Microsoft Teams Voice?
Yes! We will need to contact your current provider to unlock the number and then raise the porting request with Microsoft. This can take anywhere from 1 day to 30 days depending on the quantity of numbers and your current provider.
Can i keep my existing extensions?
Yes! I can setup number routing to translate your current user extensions to your newly assign numbers.
