Can You Remake A Beat?
If the beat is copyright covered, unfortunately I cannot remake it and give you the commercial use.
Can You Make A Beat With Samples or Loops Provided By Me?
If you have all the rights to the samples or loops you would like to use, then yes. If you don't have the rights I cannot use them in your production commercially.
