An exclusive rights license means that the beat will be only yours. Nobody else will own the rights to use your beat, and it will never be sold to another party.
What Does "Unlimited Rights" Mean?
An unlimited license allows full permission to distribute however many copies of the recording you'd like. This license includes unlimited music videos, paid performances, radio broadcasting rights, and monetized audio streams.
Can I View The Licenses Beforehand?

What Is Commercial Use?

Can You Remake A Beat?
I can use your reference as inspiration, although I cannot copy it exactly. If the beat is copyright covered, unfortunately I cannot remake it and give you the commercial use.
Can You Make A Beat With Samples or Loops Provided By Me?
If you have all the rights to the samples or loops you would like to use, then yes. If you don't have the rights I cannot use them in your production commercially.
