Sure! In this case, I will need to know what exactly you don't like / want to change in your current visual identity or to better understand reasons behind this change (company growth, product evolution etc.).

What information do you need to start?
I will ask you to fill in a design questionnaire when we start, but the big sections are: info about your company & product; target audience & positioning; brand assets you already have and the ones you need; examples of designs you like and any specific colors / fonts / style you want.
