Do I need hosting to get started?
You'll need a domain and hosting before launch. Domain typically costs $10–15/year; basic hosting $5–15/month. I can point you in the right direction or you can add it on and I will take care of it.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Hand-coded sites require basic HTML knowledge to edit directly. I provide clean, commented code and a walkthrough at handoff. For no-code editing, my WordPress gig may be a better fit.
How many pages are included?
Page counts are outlined in each package tier. Need something in between? Message me for a custom quote.
Do you use frameworks or libraries?
Most projects use clean HTML and CSS. JavaScript and lightweight libraries like Bootstrap can be incorporated on Standard and Premium tiers.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo, brand colors, content (text and images), and any design inspiration or reference sites. More direction upfront means better results.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — every package includes at least 2 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds available at extra cost.
What causes project delays?
Missing content is the number one cause. Have text, images, and logo ready before kickoff.
Can you match a design I already have?
Yes. If you have a mockup, a competitor site you like, or an existing design you want coded up, I can work from that.
What's not included?
Copywriting, logo design, stock image licensing, third-party software fees, and ecommerce functionality are not included. Ecommerce on HTML/CSS requires a custom quote
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Revisions are included to ensure you're satisfied with the final result.
