What information do you need from me to get started?
I'll need access to your WordPress dashboard, your logo and any brand assets, your preferred color scheme if you have one, and any content (text and images) you want on the site. If you don't have content ready we can discuss options at kickoff.
How does the revision process work?
Each package includes at minimum 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round is a consolidated list of changes submitted in one message. Additional rounds are available at an extra cost. The clearer your feedback, the faster we move.
How long will my project take?
Delivery time depends on the package selected and how quickly you provide feedback and content. Basic packages start at 30 days, with larger builds up to 90 days. The biggest cause of delays is waiting on content or feedback from the client — the faster you respond, the faster I deliver.
What causes delays and how can I avoid them?
The most common delay is missing content — text, images, and logos that haven't been provided yet. Have your content ready before we kick off and respond to drafts within 5 business days to keep the project on schedule.
Will you need access to my WordPress dashboard?
Yes. I'll need admin-level access to your WordPress site and hosting account to complete the work. All credentials are kept strictly confidential and access can be revoked immediately after project completion.
Will I be able to update the site myself after it's done?
Yes. Every project includes a CMS training session so you know how to make basic updates — editing text, swapping images, adding pages — without needing to hire someone for every small change.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the project?
Yes. Monthly maintenance retainers are available. Message me for details.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
If something breaks due to my work within 7 days of launch I'll fix it at no charge. Issues caused by plugin conflicts or client edits after handoff are covered under a maintenance retainer.
What's not included in the base package?
Ecommerce setup, custom development, copywriting, logo design, stock image licensing, and third-party software fees are not included in Basic.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of web design, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. I work through revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations.
