What languages do you support?
I can transcribe any language supported by Whisper AI. Manual editing, proofreading and verbatim transcription are available for: English, Russian, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, German, Italian.
Can you transcribe low-quality or noisy audio?
Yes. I can handle difficult audio using AI enhancement and manual correction. If the audio is extremely noisy, feel free to send me a short sample first.
Do you offer verbatim transcription (“uh”, “um”, filler words, pauses)?
Yes. Full verbatim transcription is available as a Gig Extra.
Can you add timestamps (time reference)?
Absolutely. I can include timestamps at any interval you prefer—every 5s, 10s, 30s, or only for speaker changes.
How fast is your delivery?
Standard delivery is within 24 hours for short files. Faster delivery is available as an extra option.
How many speakers can you transcribe?
The Basic package includes up to 2 speakers. For more speakers, please select the “Additional Speaker” extra.
What file formats do you deliver?
I can send the final transcript in any format you prefer: TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT, or others upon request.
Is my audio kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are 100% private and handled with strict confidentiality. I do not store or share your content under any circumstances.
