What do you need from me to create a rendering of the building.
Floor plan and elevations of the building in .jpg, .pdf or any other viewable format. If you can provide a sketchup file of the project that would be even better.
How do you create the illustrations?
The illustrations are all hand painted in watercolor. They are scanned at high resolution (300dpi) and delivered as .jpg, .psd or .pdf files.
What is the size of the rendering?
I paint on 8x12 size paper.
