What counts as a media contact?
A media contact is one carefully selected journalist, editor, producer, outlet, podcast, or relevant editorial contact matched to your story.
What information will you need from me?
You will provide accurate facts, examples, opinions, quotations, background material, links, and timely approval of pitches and responses.
Does this include a press release?
No. Press-release writing and wire distribution are offered through my separate press-release service.
What are reactive media opportunities?
These are journalist requests for expert sources or commentary. When a relevant opportunity appears, I help shape and submit your response within your package limit.
Are contributed articles included?
No. If outreach produces an invitation for a contributed article, writing can be added through a separate custom offer.
How long does the campaign run?
Each order covers 30 days of campaign work. Public relations often takes time, so subscriptions are available for clients who want continued outreach.
Will I receive the media list?
You will receive a campaign report showing the outlets and contacts approached, outreach activity, responses, and any next steps.
