WHERE DO I HAVE TO SHIP MY ITEMS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY ?
We are located in Montreal, QC, Canada.
STEP 1 - DEFINE THE SCOPE OF WORK
Decide which products you want pictures from and from what angles.
STEP 2 - CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Contact me to discuss your project. I will review your requirements and will send you an estimate. Once we agree on the price I will send you the address of our Studio. Select the best samples of your products, avoid items with dents and imperfections might become visible on HD images.
STEP 3 - SHIP YOUR ITEMS TO OUR STUDIO
Pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. When your products arrive in our studio I’ll contact you to let you know. If you are in Montreal you can bring your items to us instead of shipping.
STEP 4 - PLACE YOUR ORDER ON FIVERR
Once we have your products on-hand we will send you a Custom Offer to place your order, and then the fun begins! We have all sorts of high quality lenses and lights to create the right effects on our products.
STEP 5 - WE DELIVER YOUR PICTURES ONLINE
You will get online links as soon as your product photos are ready and meet our standards for delivery. If you want to make any changes let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back (additional charge may apply if that’s an extra scope).
STEP 6 - WE SHIP BACK YOUR PRODUCTS
When the project is complete, we’ll carefully repack your products. If we have to ship back your products, then the fees will be included on our Custom Offer or can be charged to your UPS/FedEx account. If you decide to forego your products just let us know and we will donate them.
WHAT FORMAT OF PICTURES DO I GET ?
• High-Resolution 300 DPI Pictures in JPEG format. • 100% Pure white background (RGB 255) • Professional retouching to remove minor dust, scratches, and defects • Minor shadow or reflection effects can be added (or not) • Royalty-Free unlimited use license.
