About this gig
If you are unsure which package to choose, feel free to message me before booking!
Now updated for iOS 27!
Starting with the 2026 versions of iOS and macOS, Apple has introduced a new design language for their app icons: Liquid Glass. This gives updated icons the ability to react to dynamic lighting and rendering modes that adapt to user preferences like light mode, dark mode, clear and tinted modes. In addition, macOS now forces icons to a rounded rectangle shape, automatically scaling icons down that use a different shape.
I will transform your existing app icon to match this modern, vibrant style, delivering crisp, eye-catching results that stand out on any device. Attention to detail guaranteed.
What you're getting:
- Your new icon in all six styles (Light, Dark, Clear Light, Clear Dark, Tinted Light and Tinted Dark), featuring specular highlights, transparency, and blur effects, all crafted using Apples official Icon Composer
- The .icon source file for your app and a .png file for each style for your marketing materials
- A non-glass version of your icon for earlier systems and Android (available at checkout)
If you need an app icon from scratch, feel free to get in touch!

FAQ
What about iOS and macOS 27?
Apple is refining the Liquid Glass design language for the upcoming 2027 versions of their operating systems. You will get icons that take full advantage of this improved design.
I don’t have an existing app icon. Can you create one?
No problem! Get in touch and I'll make you an offer for a completely original design.
What format should I deliver the existing app icon in?
The best results can be achieved with vector data. This can be a Figma, Sketch or Adobe Illustrator file as well as an SVG, PDF or EPS. If you can’t provide vector data, please choose the Redraw package.
Will the new icon work on Android?
Yes! The .png files are compatible with Android. But please note that this gig is specifically tailored to Apple’s operating systems.
Will the new icon work on iPadOS?
Yes! Starting with version 26, apps for macOS, iOS and iPadOS will use the same .ico file.
What about tvOS and visionOS?
Get in touch with me and I’ll make you an offer!
