Will the captions actually sound like my brand, or will they sound like AI?
They will sound like your brand. Before we write a single caption, we ask you about your tone, your audience, and the brands you admire. We use that brief to write in your voice, not a generic one. Every order comes with revisions, if something does not feel right, we fix it until it does.
What do you need from me to get started?
After you order, we send a short brief, five questions covering your brand name, tone, target audience, content topics, and any brands whose style you like. It takes about three minutes to fill in. That brief is everything we need. No calls required, no back and forth before we start.
How many revisions are included and what counts as a revision?
Basic and Standard include one and Premium includes unlimited revisions for seven days. A revision means adjusting tone, rewriting specific captions, or changing the angle. It does not cover a completely new brief or a change in the original instructions.
Can you write for any industry or niche?
Yes. We have written for health and wellness brands, tech startups, fashion labels, coaches, fitness businesses, local restaurants, and consumer goods companies. The brief you fill in after ordering gives us everything we need to write for your specific niche.
What format will I receive the captions in?
You receive a Doc with every caption labelled by content type, for example, educational, promotional, or engagement. Each caption is ready to copy and post. Standard and Premium orders also include a separate hashtag sheet organised by set.
I only need a few captions. Is it worth ordering the Basic package?
Yes. The Basic package is ten captions for one platform at $25; that is $2.50 per caption written in your specific brand voice with hashtags included. Most brands spend longer than that writing one post themselves. It is also a low-risk way to see how we work before committing to a larger package.
