To get started, we need your business name, tagline (if any), preferred color palette, and a brief description of your brand’s mission. Sharing any examples or inspirational styles you like also helps our team align with your vision quickly.
Do I really get unlimited revisions?
Yes! We work until you are 100% satisfied with the result. Whether it’s a color tweak or a font change, we are committed to making your LOGO DESIGN perfect.
How long does the design process take?
While we always aim for a fast turnaround, the exact time depends on the package selected. Initial concepts are usually delivered within 24–48 hours, with revisions following shortly after.
What is included in the "All logo Files" list?
We provide everything you need for both print and digital use. This includes high-resolution JPG and PNG (transparent background) images, and industry-standard files like PDF, and SVG.
Who owns the copyrights to the final design?
You do! Upon completion of the order and the final payment, full ownership and copyrights are transferred to you. You are free to use your logo for any commercial or personal purpose.
What is a "Social Media Kit"?
A Social Media Kit includes perfectly sized versions of your new logo to be used as profile pictures and cover photos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
What is a "Source File" and why do I need it?
The source file (usually AI or EPS) is the original, layered file of your LOGO DESIGN. It is essential because it allows you to scale your logo to any size without losing quality. Most importantly, it is required for animation, if you ever want to have your LOGO animated for videos or intros,
Why should I choose the Standard or Premium packages rather than Basic package?
Our Standard and Premium packages offer more design concepts to choose from and include source files, social media kit and Stationary. The work showcased in our portfolio is from these two packages. As in the BASIC package we get bounded on single concept only and exploring full creative space.
Can I request a specific style like Minimalist, Abstract or Luxury?
Absolutely. Our team specializes in various styles including Minimalist, Monogram, Typography, and Geometric designs. Just let us know your preference, and we will tailor the concept to that aesthetic.
