What you get:

• Exact duplicate rows removed; near-duplicates (same record, different spacing or case) listed for your decision, never silently deleted
• - Every column standardised: one date format, real numbers with consistent decimals, trimmed text and consistent case
• - Missing or suspicious values flagged with a clear placeholder, never guessed
• - Row counts reconciled: original = kept + removed, stated in the change log
• - Your file back as .xlsx and a matching UTF-8 .csv

Premium adds one formula automation sheet (lookups, SUMIFS summaries, a price/quote or overtime calculator, drop-down validation) with an Instructions sheet. Formulas only: no macros.

Limits: .xlsx or .csv (not .xls); files with pivots, charts, macros or merged cells are returned untouched and discussed first. I work on your file only, no logins needed.
