Vector source ai files are master files for your design with which you can size and edit your design to unlimited extent.
How to open vector source ai file format?
To open source files you will need the adobe illustrator software installed,
What if the buyer does not own adobe illustrator software?
You don't have to buy this software, your printer might have this, you'll need these files for future print and design work, so I would suggest to just keep these files saved to your system so you can provide them to concerned person on demand.
