Buyers' Responsibility

- Provide their access to their POD partner's platform so we can integrate the app and import the products to the Shopify store.
- Specify required Shopify apps like Shopify Forms, Shopify Email, Shopify Flow, Judge.me Product Reviews, etc.

We strictly implement the condition of: “PLEASE MESSAGE US FIRST BEFORE PLACING ORDER” as we always need to understand your project first. Moreover, there are cases that we won’t be able to work on a project such as; having a number of projects on queue or the project is out of our scope.

Why do I have to be knowledgeable of my business?
Buyers are responsible to be knowledgeable of their business, have done product research, completed their brand identity and have website references before looking for website designer to ensure that you will be able to specify how you want your website to look and function.

Do you work with Print-On-Demand suppliers or find POD products for the store?
No, we DON’T work with Print-On-Demand suppliers and we don't do Product Research. You need to hire a Product Research expert for that.
Do you come up with the product title and description of the POD items?
No, we do not come up with product title and description of the POD items as we don't provide Copywriting services. You will need to hire a Copywriter for this.
Do you price product/apply profit margins?
No, we DON'T price products or apply profit margins. All data or exact product price must be provided by buyer.
Do you come up with the shipping/delivery details?
No, we don't come up with the shipping/delivery details. Shipping details (location, delivery time and its rate) must be provided by buyer, if not available from POD partner.
Does your service include free Premium Theme?
Premium Theme cost is not included with our service fee. You are responsible to buy the recommended theme directly from Shopify Themes store. This is in line to Shopify’s ToS in respect to the developers of the themes. Beware of Sellers that offer this for free, you may end up with unlicensed theme.
What is your Revision Policy?
We provide 3 FREE revision sets valid within 7 days from preview date. Must be within order scope. New tasks will be subject to quotation. [Each Set] You'll have 24 hrs to review and provide 1 word doc file with notes and screenshots. Then, the next 24 hrs will be for us to apply the improvements.
