I will build make automation and complex integrations

About this gig
Make.com is the most powerful visual automation platform available but most builders only scratch the surface.
I build Make scenarios that go beyond drag-and-drop: custom API modules, data transformation with JavaScript, multi-route error handling, and AI-powered steps that turn raw inputs into structured outputs.
WHAT I BUILD:
Multi-step data pipelines (form > CRM > Slack > invoice > archive)
Webhook-powered integrations with any API, including undocumented ones
Data transformation: clean, map, validate, and route complex structures
Error handling and retry logic so scenarios don't silently fail
AI steps: GPT-4o classification, extraction, and generation inside Make
Operations cost optimisation reducing unnecessary module runs
PLATFORMS I CONNECT:
HubSpot · Airtable · Notion · Stripe · Gmail · Slack · WhatsApp · Typeform · WooCommerce · 1,000+ others · custom REST APIs
HOW IT WORKS:
Map your workflow build scenario test every edge case document all routes deliver with walkthrough video.
Message me your scenario and I'll estimate it before you order.

FAQ
What's the difference between Make and Zapier — which should I use?
Make handles complex logic: multi-route flows, loops, data transformation, and large data volumes — at a much lower per-operation cost. Zapier is simpler for basic linear workflows. If your automation has more than 3 steps or involves data transformation, Make is almost always better.
Can you reduce my Make operations usage to lower my monthly bill?
Yes. I audit existing scenarios and restructure them to skip unnecessary module runs, use filters efficiently, and batch operations where possible. Clients typically see 40–70% cost reduction.
My app isn't in Make's catalogue — can you still connect it?
Yes. If the app has a REST API (or even just network requests you can inspect), I connect it using Make's HTTP module with custom authentication. Most apps that expose any API can be connected.
My current Make scenarios are broken — can you fix them?
Yes. Send me a screenshot or share your scenario and I'll diagnose it. Fixing broken scenarios is common work — module errors, authentication expiry, data mapping issues.
Can you migrate my existing Zapier automations to Make?
Yes, and I'll rebuild them more efficiently in the process. Make's structure is different from Zapier's, so I don't do a 1:1 copy — I redesign the logic to take advantage of Make's capabilities.
What happens if the scenario breaks after you deliver it?
All packages include post-delivery support for issues directly related to the build. I also deliver every scenario with error-handling routes and alert notifications built in.
