Because physical manufacturing and international freight costs change based on the exact weight, dimensions, and destination country of your order. Messaging me first allows me to calculate a 100% accurate, custom quote so you never face unexpected hidden fees.
Will I have to pay surprise customs duties or import taxes when the shipment arrives?
No! I provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping quotes. This means my team handles all the export paperwork, freight forwarding, and customs clearance. Your corporate kits are delivered straight to your office door with absolutely nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Do you assemble the kits, or do you ship the empty boxes and notebooks separately?
We provide full "kitting" services! Your rexin notebooks, business cards, pens, and certificates will be beautifully assembled and packed inside the custom inserts of your rigid boxes. They arrive ready to be handed directly to your employees or VIP clients.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Because we use high-end commercial offset printing and custom die-cutting for our rigid boxes, our standard MOQ for full corporate kits is typically 100 units. However, please message me with your specific project details, and we can discuss the best manufacturing run for your needs!
Can I get a sample before ordering a massive bulk run?
Absolutely. We can produce a single physical prototype of your custom box and printed items. There is a specialized setup and shipping fee for single physical prototypes. Alternatively, I can provide highly realistic 3D digital mockups of your kit before we go to full production!
What kind of design files do you need from me?
Please provide print-ready PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), or high-resolution PSD files in CMYK color format with proper bleed lines. Don't worry if you aren't sure—as a Senior Graphic Designer, I will personally audit your files before any ink hits the paper to ensure they print flawlessly.
