Do i get the physical drawing or painting sent to me?
The base gig packages include a high-resolution print-ready 300DPI digital scan only. If you would like to have the original physical 11 " x 11 " drawing or canvas shipped to you, please select the "Artwork Delivery" gig extra at checkout!
Can I ask for revisions after the production of the physical piece has begun?
Because traditional physical media cannot be easily undone, all included revisions are strictly applied to the initial sketch phase. Once you approve the initial sketch and the production of the final piece has begun, no revisions can be made.
Is the artwork ready for streaming platforms?
Yes! All final deliveries are formatted to 3000x3000px at 300DPI (JPEG and TIFF). This matches the digital distribution requirements for streaming platforms like DistroKid and TuneCore.
Can I scan, alter, resell, or mass produce prints of the physical artwork?
No. Buying the physical canvas or drawing gives you ownership of the physical piece for personal display. It does not grant you the right to scan, alter, resell, or mass-produce prints of the artwork without a full commercial buyout license.
What rights are included with my purchase?
Purchasing a digital image of an original artwork grants you streaming and distribution rights, allowing you to use said image on streaming platforms and for digital promotion. Sublime Visuals retains all moral rights to the artwork and the right to display the piece in portfolios.
Can I use this artwork to sell merchandise ex.) t-shirts, vinyls, hoodies
All standard tiers grant only digital distribution rights. If you plan to print and sell physical merchandise, please add the "Commercial License" gig extra at checkout for $50. This grants full retail printing permissions, while Sublime Visuals retains the underlying artistic copyright.
