Work process
- After receiving the work order, I shall start work on the floor plan. According to your requirement, I will work on the others- 3d design, renderings, and walkthrough.
- I will finalize the floor plan first, then the exterior 3d design will start. Once it is finalized, I will do the renderings and walkthrough and then deliver.
- If there are any revisions after the delivery, I shall revise according to our deal or gig description.
Important
- I calculate my fee based on each 100 sq. ft. of floor area.
- If you have any confusion regarding my services, timeline, or price, requesting you to drop a text, and I will help you.

I need the following to start working on your floor plan and exterior 3d design- 1. All side dimensions of the plot 2. Detail of your space requirements 3. North side direction of your plot 4. Site images or videos, if you have 5. Google Earth link of your plot (optional)

Yes, I provide additional required drawings with the floor plan. those are like the below- 1. Elevation, sections, site plan, master plan, working drawings 2. electrical equipment, conduit layout 3. plumbing layout 4. structural drawings Please contact us for a detailed discussion and quotation.
What is the format you provide in the final delivery?
I provide all the drawings in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format. If you want, you can also take the source file after completion of the order. That is free of cost.
Can you provide fast turnaround services?
Yes, I provide fast turnaround service, but the charges will be different for this. if you are looking for fast turnaround service, please contact me to customize your order as per your requirement.
Do you provide any 3d design and rendering services with the floor plan?
