FAQ
Q: What information do you need from me to get started?
A: I'll need access to your domain's DNS management panel (like GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.) or the login credentials if you'd like me to make the changes directly. If you prefer, I can also just give you the exact records to add yourself.
Q: Will this work with my email provider?
A: Yes. I support Gmail (Google Workspace), Microsoft Outlook/365, Zoho Mail, and custom webmail/cPanel setups. If you're using something else, just message me before ordering to confirm.
Q: How long until I see results after the setup?
A: DNS changes typically take effect within a few hours, though full propagation can take up to 24-48 hours in some cases. I'll verify everything is working correctly before marking the order complete.
Q: Do you need admin access to my domain or is DNS access enough?
A: DNS access alone is enough — I don't need any other admin permissions. This keeps the process quick and secure for you.
Q: What if my emails are still going to spam after the setup?
A: SPF/DKIM/DMARC significantly improves deliverability, but if other factors are contributing (like sender reputation or content triggers), I'll identify what's causing it and let you know exactly what needs fixing next — this is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
