FAQ
Can you fix WordPress plugin conflicts?
Yes. I can diagnose conflicts between plugins, themes, WordPress core, and page builders and work toward identifying the conflicting component and resolving the issue.
Can you fix Elementor problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot Elementor-related issues such as broken layouts, styling problems, loading issues, responsive problems, editor errors, and conflicts with themes or plugins.
Can you fix WooCommerce issues?
Yes. I can troubleshoot many WooCommerce problems involving products, layouts, checkout, cart, plugins, themes, and website functionality. Complex payment gateway or third-party API problems may require additional investigation.
Can you update WordPress, plugins and themes?
Yes. I can help with WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates and troubleshoot compatibility problems caused by updates.
Can you fix a WordPress website that is completely down?
In many cases, yes. I can investigate common causes such as critical errors, PHP problems, plugin conflicts, database connection issues, server errors, and failed updates. Hosting-level problems may require access to the hosting environment or assistance from the hosting provider.
Do you fix WordPress speed problems?
Yes, I can troubleshoot common WordPress performance issues and optimize relevant website components. However, overall speed also depends on hosting, server configuration, plugins, images, third-party scripts, and other factors.
Do you provide website backups before making changes?
If hosting or backup access is available, I can work with an existing backup or recommend creating a backup before making significant changes. For major malware cleanup or recovery work, having a reliable backup is strongly recommended.
What if my WordPress issue is not listed?
No problem. I can troubleshoot many types of WordPress issues. Send me your website URL and a short description of the problem, and I’ll let you know if I can fix it.
