Do I need anything before we start?
Yes, a Meta Business account and a phone number that isn't active on a personal or regular WhatsApp app. If you don't have these set up yet, we'll guide you through it.
Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. We build only on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). We don't use unofficial automation tools, which break easily and can get your number banned.
Does Meta charge separately for messages?
Yes. Meta bills per conversation, separately from our fee, and rates vary by country and message type. We'll explain how it works so there are no surprises on your Meta bill.
