Providing clients with NOC services for their Servers, Desktops, and network devices under 3 support scopes for 24x7 high-quality technical support.

Workstation Plan1 - Preventative Maintenance - 6$ per workstation (USD)

Windows patch management security and critical patches Anti-virus/Anti-malware updates anti-virus and anti-malware products, Disk clean-up & temporary file deletion, Disk health check 

Workstation Plan2 - Managed - 11$ per workstation (USD)

Patching, anti-virus updates, and other maintenance activities. Remediation and vendor management are included. 

Server Plan1 - Monitoring and Notification- 20$ per Server (USD)

 Alerts received will be analyzed, prioritized, and failed alerts will be triaged back to the Client for remediation. 

Server Plan2 Monitoring, Notification and Preventative Maintenance - 35$ per Server (USD)

prioritized and triaged back to the Client for remediation work. Windows patching, anti-virus updates, and other maintenance activities will be carried out on a scheduled basis. 

Server Plan3 - Managed - 50$ per Server

Windows patching, anti-virus/anti-malware updates and other maintenance, Remediation, moves, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
