About this Gig
See your book tasks, deadlines and progress in one editable Excel tracker. I build a workbook around the workflow you supply, with clear input fields, status summaries and handover instructions.
My background is in business analysis, spreadsheet cleanup and reporting. You supply the tasks and publishing requirements; I organize them into a practical tracker.
Basic: one book and up to 30 tasks.
Standard: one book, 75 tasks and 50 expense records.
Premium: up to three books, 150 total tasks and 100 expense records, with per-book and combined summaries. Expenses use one agreed currency.
Each package includes the editable XLSX file, instructions and two revision rounds within scope. No macros or external integrations. The gallery shows an original fictional demo.
Publishing consultancy, editorial assessment, ISBN/legal advice and book sales forecasts are outside this service.
Send your workflow, Excel version and billing country before ordering. Available to clients based outside India.

This service organizes your supplied project plan in Excel. It does not include publishing-account access, editorial assessment, ISBN/legal advice or sales guarantees.
What do revisions cover?
Two rounds of layout, label and formula adjustments within the agreed workflow. New workflows, integrations or more books require a new scope.
What will I receive, and what do you need from me?
You receive an editable XLSX workbook and instructions for updating tasks and reading the summaries. Send a sample task list, required columns and statuses, deadlines, Excel version and billing country. Standard and Premium include expenses in one agreed currency.
