What documents can you process?
Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipts, bank statements and most structured business documents. Scanned or digital, Arabic or English. Send a sample and I'll confirm before you order.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
Nothing posts automatically. Every extracted record arrives as a draft with a confidence score, and anything below threshold is flagged for a human. Approval always stays with your team.
Where does my data go?
Your choice. Documents can be processed through a hosted AI provider's business API, or through models running inside your own infrastructure so nothing leaves your network. I've built both. I'll confirm the exact data handling terms in writing before we start.
Can you connect it to my existing software?
Usually yes. If your system has an API, database access or file import, it can be connected. Tell me what you run and I'll confirm.
Do I need to replace my current system?
No. Most of this work sits on top of what you already use — reading documents and writing into your existing software.
What do you need from me to start?
10–20 sample documents, access details for the target system, and a short description of the fields you need captured.
