What types of invoices can you process?
I can process digital PDF invoices and, once OCR is enabled and tested, scanned/image-based invoices. Different invoice layouts can be handled, so please send a sample if your format is unusual.
What information can you extract?
I can extract invoice numbers, dates, supplier details, PO numbers, VAT/tax information, currency, subtotal, shipping, grand total, and line-item details such as description, quantity and unit price.
What output formats do you provide?
I can provide the extracted data in Excel or CSV. Structured formats such as JSON can also be provided when included in the selected package or agreed upon before ordering.
Can you process multiple invoice formats?
Yes. I can work with different invoice layouts and structure the extracted information into a consistent format. Please contact me first if you have several different invoice templates.
Can you store the extracted data in a database?
Yes. Database integration is available as an additional service or in packages where it is included.
Can you create a dashboard from the invoice data?
Yes. I can create a dashboard for invoice spending, suppliers, VAT, invoice values, and other useful business metrics as an additional service.
Do you process handwritten invoices?
No. This service is intended for printed/digital invoices and supported scanned documents. Handwritten documents are not included.

Yes, especially if you have a large number of invoices, multiple invoice formats, scanned documents, or specific fields you need extracted. You can send a sample so I can confirm the requirements before you place an order. One important correction: since your OCR/scanned-invoice workflow is not yet
