How does the shipping process work, and when should I order?
You must ship your products to my studio. Please contact me before placing an order to discuss logistics. Do not purchase the gig until the tracking link shows that your package has successfully arrived.
Which animal models do you have available by default?
I have my own amazing base models available, including dogs, cats, horses and several types of exotic pets. Please message me before ordering to get the current list of available pets and see if they fit your branding.
Can you shoot different types of animals interacting in one frame?
For the safety and comfort of the animals, I do not shoot direct interactions between different species (e.g., a cat and a reptile). All animal models are filmed separately in stress-free, controlled environments that suit their nature.
Can I get my products back after the photoshoot?
Yes, if you include a prepaid return shipping label inside your package. However, please note that pet treats, food, or items heavily soiled or damaged during active outdoor action shoots cannot be returned.
