Yes. Send your website URL, the issue or goal, and any screenshots. I will review the scope and recommend a package or custom offer before you order.
Are custom themes and plugins included?
I can fix existing theme or plugin bugs within the agreed package. A new custom theme, plugin or substantial feature is quoted separately.
Do you guarantee a 90 or 100 PageSpeed score?
No. Results depend on hosting, theme code, third-party scripts and required functionality. I provide comparable before-and-after tests and explain remaining limits.
Will this get my website to number one on Google?
No ranking or traffic result is guaranteed. I improve the agreed technical and on-page SEO elements; Google decides crawling, indexing and ranking.
What access do you need?
Usually temporary WordPress access and, when needed, limited hosting or SFTP access. Arrange access through the order and avoid including passwords in the requirements form.
Can you work on WooCommerce websites?
Yes, after checking your store and the affected workflow. Checkout, payment and custom integration issues may need a custom offer. Multisite is quoted separately.
What does a revision cover?
A revision corrects my delivered work within the agreed scope. New features, extra pages and unrelated issues require a separate quote.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I include 7 days of support for problems directly caused by my changes. Ongoing maintenance, vendor updates and unrelated issues are separate.
Are premium plugins and hosting included?
No. I use existing licensed tools or suitable free options. You pay for premium licenses, hosting, CDN plans and third-party services.
Will my site's design and functionality change?
I check affected pages and functions after changes. I use staging where available and agree before removing or changing important site features.
